Thank you for shopping with SheKno Sips™. All products are handmade, custom-created, and made to order. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once materials have been purchased or production has begun.
This applies to:
- Custom cups
- Snow globe cups
- Glitter cups
- Seasonal cups
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order items
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect color/size/lid selection
- Not reading processing/shipping times
- Damage caused by customer misuse or neglect

NO REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE
Once your package is scanned by USPS or UPS, SheKno Sips™ is no longer responsible for your order.
If your item arrives broken or damaged due to carrier mishandling, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

We will assist by providing:
- Order details
- Purchase proof
- Photos (if needed)
- Any documentation requested by the carrier
However, SheKno Sips™ does NOT issue replacements, refunds, or credits for shipping-related damage.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Because items are custom-made, cancellations are rarely possible and never guaranteed.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to the wrong address
- Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses
- Reshipping fees
If an order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
If it has shipped, no changes can be made.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package shows delivered, SheKno Sips™ is not responsible for theft or misdelivery.
We recommend checking with:
- Neighbors
- Your postal carrier
- Local post office
Claims must be filed with USPS or UPS.

Due to the nature of handmade and customized items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size or selections
change of mind
custom orders
personalized or made to order items
items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
