All products are handmade.

Current processing time is:

 

7–10 business days

(excluding weekends & holidays)

 

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders may ship earlier depending on workflow, but this is not guaranteed.

 

During peak seasons (holidays, launches, sales), processing times may extend.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, carrier transit times vary:

  • USPS: 3–7 business days
  • UPS: 2–5 business days

Transit delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier staffing shortages are not the responsibility of SheKno Sips™.

 

 

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

SheKno Sips™ is NOT responsible for:

 

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received
  • Damaged items caused by USPS/UPS
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

 

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Address Issues

 

If your address is incorrect and the order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at SheKnoSips@gmail.com.

Once the package is shipped, we cannot make changes.
